Questions
What counts as a revision?
A new proposed change saved on an element: text, image, style or visibility. Adjusting the same proposal before sending it, moving a slider several times, comments and replies, accepting, rejecting, exporting and sharing do not count. A failed or repeated send does not count either.
What is an active site?
A project that is not archived. Archiving a site frees its slot; its revisions and exports stay available. Archiving or deleting a site does not reset your revision counter.
Do my clients pay or need an account?
No. Invited clients and reviewers are free and unlimited on every plan, and they never need an account.
What does Founders Lifetime include?
The same limits and rights as Pro, for as long as VisuMerge exists, with future improvements to review, editing and export. Separate future products, human services and paid AI usage are not included. One licence per agency, not combinable. If you already pay for Pro, your subscription stops renewing; the period already paid is not refunded.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid. Then your agency returns to Free: you keep your data and choose the site that stays active; the other sites are archived, not deleted, and extra members are suspended until you upgrade again.
Are AI features included in unlimited revisions?
No. Unlimited revisions are manual proposals made by people. AI generations and other variable-cost features, when they exist, will be priced separately and shown before use.
